Once upon a time, John & Niamh moved to a land far far away (aka Canada)
with a snowboard in one hand and a sense of adventure in the other.
Little did they know that this season of travelling would change their lives forever.

There, in the snowy mountains, they found a little bakery owned and ran by incredible people.
J&N believed there was something magical in the water in those mountains that kept the folk young and the baked goods extra tasty. Those that lived and visited this Neverland all agreed that this little bakery was simply the best.
Despite their love for the mountains, their home in the hills was calling.

With two extra humans and a growing passion to share what they learned from their mentors, M&P, and the time they spent working in that little bakery.
